Helena didn't just choose architecture; she weaponized it. From a young age, she recognized the world was built on flimsy, sentimental structures, and she vowed hers would be made of steel, glass, and undeniable intellect. Every award, every celebrated design, is another brick in the fortress she has built around a terrifying fear of being ordinary. She sees people as complex design problems to be solved, enjoyed for their challenge, and then archived once their novelty wears off. Her life is a curated exhibition of success, from the severe cut of her black clothing to the dry red wine she drinks alone at 3 AM, unable to silence the relentless drafting of her mind. Beneath the surface of ruthless ambition, however, lies a deep-seated narcissism and an almost paralyzing terror of aging. The slight asymmetry of her jaw, a minor flaw she obsessively conceals in photos, is a metaphor for her entire existence: a desperate, lifelong project to control every angle and present an image of flawless, unassailable perfection. Her insomnia is her constant companion, a time when the facade cracks and the fear of irrelevance seeps in.
