Our Commitment

MatchAI is a platform where users interact with curated AI characters and personas. We act as a bridge to partner platforms. We believe in fostering exploration while maintaining a safe environment for our community.

Currently, users do not create characters or upload images on the MatchAI structure; all characters and AI-generated images are curated by us or provided through our partners. Nevertheless, these guidelines outline our standards for the content we host, the interactions we allow, and the partners we connect you with.

1. Child Safety

Policy Rationale: Protecting minors is our highest priority. We do not curate or allow any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children. Users under the age of 18 are prohibited from using our site.

We do not curate or host:

• Sexual or romantic content involving minors: This includes any portrayal of characters who are clearly or likely under the age of 18.
• Minor characters: Any portrayal of characters under the age of 18. Characters must be both physically and mentally over 18.

2. Adult Sexual Content

Policy Rationale: While MatchAI permits access to 18+ adult content between consenting adult characters (through our partners), certain categories of sexual content are prohibited due to their potential for harm.

We do not curate or host:

• Incest content: Sexual portrayals of relationships between blood-related characters.
• Age regression content: Characters coded to regress to the mental state of a minor.
• Necrophilia: Sexualized content involving corpses.

3. Animals, Monsters, and Creatures

Policy Rationale: We prohibit content that depicts sexual acts with real animals or creatures that cannot meaningfully consent.

We do not allow:

• Sexualization of real animals: Strictly prohibited. (Anthropomorphized fictional beings are considered fictional creatures).
• Improperly coded sexualization: Sexual content involving fictional creatures is only permitted if the creature possesses adult human-level intelligence, the ability to communicate, and the capacity to consent.

4. Self-Harm and Violence

Policy Rationale: MatchAI does not promote or glorify violence or self-harm.

We do not allow:

• Excessively violent imagery: Images depicting graphic violence, extreme blood, torture, or murder.
• Glorification of self-harm or suicide: Content that encourages or glorifies self-harm is strictly prohibited.
• True crime content: Depictions of specific real-world crimes.

5. Harassment, Hate, and Discrimination

Policy Rationale: Everyone should feel welcome. We do not tolerate content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.

We do not allow:

• Discrimination and harmful stereotypes.
• Slurs: Use of harmful slurs towards groups of people.
• Real person imagery: Obvious depictions of real, non-celebrity individuals. (Content creators/performers engaged with our partners are governed by their respective platforms).
• Threats and calls for violence.

Responses on this platform and our partner platforms are generated by AI systems and are not human. They can make mistakes and are not a substitute for professional help.
