Content Removal & Complaints Policy

1. Grounds for Content Removal

MatchAI serves as a bridge to partner platforms and curates AI-generated personas. Content (including specific bridged characters or generated responses) may be removed, restricted, or blocked from our platform if it:

  • Violates MatchAI's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Infringes intellectual property rights, including copyright or trademarks.
  • Violates any other applicable policies or laws.

We reserve the right to remove access to specific characters or stop bridging to specific affiliates if we believe it creates legal exposure, endangers users, or conflicts with our mission.

2. How to Report Prohibited Content

If you encounter interactions or AI characters on our platform that you believe violate this Policy, please send a detailed report to terms@matchai.now with the subject line "Content Removal Request." Please include:

  • Your name and preferred contact email.
  • The name of the character or the exact location of the content.
  • A clear description of the violation (include screenshots or links to partner sites, if possible).

3. Copyright (DMCA) Takedown Requests

MatchAI honors valid requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international laws. A notice must include:

  • The claimant's full legal name, address, and email.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed in our curated personas/images.
  • The exact location of the infringing material on our site.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
  • A physical or electronic signature.

4. Complaints Policy Overview

You may use this policy to report any issue or concern relating to our platform, whether involving AI behavior, technical issues, or billing.

Handling Technical Issues or Refunds:

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint promptly.
  • We will investigate the complaint, consulting technical logs where necessary.
  • If the issue materially prevents reasonable use of our bridge tools, we may offer remedies at our discretion.

Handling User Conduct or Prompts:

If we detect that a user is intentionally prompting the AI to bypass our or our partners' safety guidelines to generate illegal content, we will take appropriate action, which may include account suspension or termination.
